Cliffs of Moher

During our stay in Galway, we heard from almost everyone that you CANNOT miss a trip to see the Cliffs of Moher. The cliffs were a two-hour windy and bumpy bus ride away through the small mountain villages of Ireland. When we could get passed the motion sickness to look out the window, the views were incredible: green, rolling hills, sheep roaming mountainsides, horses galloping and stone houses. We could not have asked for better weather either. It was a pretty brisk day, but the sun was out and it wasn't raining (common for Ireland), so we were very happy.
The cliffs were something else. The photos just don't do it justice, but I couldn't have thought of a better way to spend Valentine's Day than standing on the edge of these monstrous and stunning cliffs. It sounds dangerous being single on Valentine's Day looking out over a cliff...but I couldn't have felt happier! :)

The first sign we see. That's comforting...

I was daring.

Just reflecting...
