About Me:

 

After graduating in May 2014 with degrees in both Strategic Communication and Spanish from Texas Christian University (go Frogs), I truly believed that I could go straight out into the real world, resumé in hand and score a great job in the advertising/PR industry. However, as a 22-year-old cursed with the travel bug and extreme passion for Spanish and different cultures, I had no choice but to take this year to live in Madrid, Spain teaching English. This isn't the cliche "finding myself" journey, but more of a must-have experience in my life in order to take in different perspectives, meet new people and live a life completely outside of my own. I fully expect to come out of this with a new outlook on life and with no doubt a lot of stories to tell...
