Un Café Por Favor

So we made our first Spanish amigos last night! Our first night as roommates in our new piso called for a celebration, so Kate, Bayley and I went out for tapas and wine and then after decided to meet up with a few Spaniards (who we met during orientation last week). The catch is we didn't meet up with them until 12:30, in classic Spanish style.

Then we learned that one of the guys we were with works in public relations, which translates to us skipping every line at the clubs and getting in for free...to keep it simple, it was amazing. And not to mention really fun! The clubs here can get pretty wild even for a Thursday...

We tried as hard as we could to keep up with our new friends, but ONLY made it until 5:30 am...yes, 5:30 AM.

We survived our first night out and slept in today until lunch (which here is 3 pm).

And tonight we've been invited to an all-paid for cocktail dinner (I know, fancy), so we'll see if we can do Round 2. Pray for me.
